Welcome to Mayar Lingerie's Shipping & Delivery Policy. We appreciate your interest in shopping with us, and we're committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process for all our valued customers. Please review the policy below for details about how we manage shipments and deliveries.

Processing Times:
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed.

2. Shipping Methods & Times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Available throughout Canada.
In-Store Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our Toronto store location during our regular business hours.

3. Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of CAD $20.00 or FREE on orders over CAD $100.

4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the designated courier’s website to track the status of your delivery.

5. Local Deliveries:
For our customers in the Toronto area, we offer local delivery. Please ensure you provide an accurate address and contact number. If you aren't home, we will leave your package in a safe location, but Mayar Lingerie is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once they are delivered.

6. In-Store Pickup:

If you choose the In-Store Pickup option, you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and the order confirmation when coming to collect your order.


7. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

8. Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at info@mayar-lingerie.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
